Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Must be accompanied by original packing slip or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Bath Accessories (e.g., loofahs, brushes)
  • Collars & Leashes for pets
  • Any clearly used or damaged items
  • All sale items (final sale)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide Details: Let us know if you want a refund, exchange for different size/color, or store credit. Briefly explain the reason.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship Your Item: Pack the item(s) in the original box or sturdy shipping box. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation copy. Mail to the address we provide.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective item): We provide a pre-paid shipping label
  • For all other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable)

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will email you to notify of receipt and approval status
  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, the process is the same as a return:

  • After receiving your original item, we’ll ship the new one
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard or free shipping rates apply to exchanged items
