5. Returns and Exchanges

- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached

5.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

- Collars & Leashes for pets
- Any clearly used or damaged items
- All sale items (final sale)

5.4 Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective item), we provide a pre-paid shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
